6" Accessory Receptacle

Honestly, the tip and tilt adjustment is what sold me—it made dialing in the alignment so much easier than I expected. The bayonet mount feels rock solid once it clicks into place, and my accessory sits perfectly level now. Exactly what my setup needed.

The 6" bayonet interface locked onto my interferometer with zero play, and the tip/tilt knobs have a smooth, precise feel that makes fine alignment easy.

The bayonet interface locks on securely, which is a relief for a clumsy person like me. It does exactly what it needs to for mounting accessories, though the adjustment knobs feel a bit stiff out of the box.
