100X 0.85NA AF Mirau objective

The M25 threads seated perfectly on my existing setup without any adapters, and the 60mm parfocal length kept my focus stable across magnifications. The 0.85NA is noticeably crisp at this working distance, and the AF Mirau interference pattern came through sharp on the first try. Just what I needed

Using this on a white light interferometer and the 0.85NA gives noticeably sharper fringes than my old 50x objective. The M25 threads fit perfectly and the 60mm parfocal length was spot on.

The 60mm parfocal length made swapping it onto my stand seamless, and the image clarity at 100X is stunning. Even with tiny surface features, the interference fringes stay crisp and stable.
