Worked perfectly with my Mx Objective Focus tool—the grating lines are crisp and evenly spaced, making calibration straightforward. Took a bit of fiddling to align it just right, but once set, the reference surface focus is noticeably more consistent. Glad I got this for fine-tuning my interferometr

Bought this to go with the focus tool and the reference surface finally snaps into crisp focus instead of me guessing. The 200lp/mm pattern is fine enough that I can trust what I'm seeing at high magnification.

The 200lp/mm grating made dialing in the reference surface focus way quicker than eyeballing it. Paired it with the focus tool and the Mirau objective lines up clean every time now.
