Installing this motorization was pretty straightforward, though you definitely need the correct base kit to pair it with. The Z-axis movement is smooth and responsive through our automated system, which saves a ton of time during repetitive setups.

Took a bit to wire up since it needs that extra part, but once connected, the motorized Z is smooth and quiet—way better than cranking by hand. Exactly what my setup needed for automated motion.

I was a little nervous about compatibility, but it works exactly as described with our Mx setup. The motorization is smooth and the install was straightforward. Only wish the required base kit was more clearly listed in the same checkout flow.
