Bought this to go with the focus tool and the reference surface finally snaps into crisp focus instead of me guessing. The 200lp/mm pattern is fine enough that I can trust what I'm seeing at high magnification.

The 200lp/mm grating made dialing in the reference surface focus way quicker than eyeballing it. Paired it with the focus tool and the Mirau objective lines up clean every time now.
