1.55 µm Verifire MST Interferometer

The encoded focus adjustment is a real time-saver when switching between different test parts, and the fringe stability at 1.55 µm is noticeably better than my older system. Setup was straightforward, and the data repeatability has been excellent for our shop floor work.

The 4-inch aperture makes aligning test optics much easier than my older setup. I’m getting clean, repeatable wavefront data right out of the box.

The stable 1.55 μm source is what sold me, since our previous setup drifted constantly during long scans. With the 4-inch aperture and 1X fixed magnification, I can check full optics without swapping anything out.
