1.4x 0.04NA ZWF対物レンズ

The 0.04NA is exactly what I needed for better depth of field on my inspection setup; it's noticeably sharper than the standard lens I was using before.

The 1.4x magnification paired with that 0.04NA gives a surprisingly shallow depth of field, which is exactly what I needed for isolating thin layers. It's been holding alignment rock-solid in my setup, and the Standard configuration was plug-and-play without any shimming hassle.

Works perfectly with my existing setup, and the 0.04NA gives noticeably sharper fringes on thin films. Only knock is the standard configuration lacks a mounting collar, so you'll need an adapter if yours expects one.
