Setup took maybe ten minutes and once it was locked in place, the profiler sits rock-solid with zero wobble during measurements. The mounting holes lined up perfectly with our existing rig, which saved us a lot of fiddling. Exactly what we needed for consistent daily use.

The mounting plate lined up perfectly with our ZeGage and cut the setup time in half compared to the older fixture we were using. Solid build, no wobble at all during long scans.

The tabletop is rock-solid and sits flush with the optical profiler, which makes leveling the sample a lot less fiddly. Snagged it for a lab retrofit and it’s done the job without any wobble, though I wish the mounting holes were pre-drilled.
