The Zygo engineer was on time and worked the full 8 hours getting the 3-axis stage dialed in, and the difference in positioning precision is immediately obvious on my measurements. The upgrade process itself ran smoothly, and the added axis feels rock-solid when I'm taking data.

I was a bit nervous about the installation downtime, but the Zygo engineer was very thorough with the 8-hour setup. The new 3-axis movement is noticeably smoother in the Z-plane, making our detailed surface scans much more consistent. It turned a good system into a great one for our lab.

The installation took a full day as expected, but having Zygo’s field engineer handle the calibration made all the difference—the three-axis stage now moves with incredible precision. The upgrade really expanded our measurement capabilities for complex samples.
