Certification of Calibration 12" Flat

I was a bit nervous about the flatness of my reference, but the system error file on the USB gave me all the data I needed to confirm it's within spec. The calibration certificate itself is thorough and very easy to read.

The accompanying USB made it easy to transfer the system error file directly to our interferometer. The certificate itself is clear and detailed, which gives me confidence in our measurement baseline. This service saved us the hassle of sending the flat out.

The calibration file on the USB loaded instantly, and having the system error data right there saved me a follow-up call. Exactly what I needed to verify my flat's accuracy before the next inspection.
