100mm Motorized X-Y Stage, ZeGage

This stage’s travel range is exactly 100mm, which made aligning my test pieces much faster than manual adjustments. The movement feels smooth and precise under load, and it locked into position without any backlash. I’m getting consistent results now where I used to struggle.

The stepper motors on this X-Y stage are noticeably quieter than our old unit, and the 100mm travel range gives us plenty of room for alignment. It bolted right onto the ZeGage base without any modifications needed.

The mounting holes lined up perfectly with my ZeGage system, which saved me a lot of hassle during installation. I wish the included cables were just a bit longer for easier routing, but the stage itself moves smoothly and precisely.
